Sanjay Jain's journey in the metals and minerals trade began over three decades ago with a small coal depot in Samaypur. What started as a single-location operation has, through years of disciplined trading and relationship building, grown into Swastik Minerals and Swastik Impex, a trusted name in the sponge iron, pellet and billet trading business.
Under his leadership, the company built its foundation on a principle that remains central to how it operates today: trust. Sourcing from plants across Chhattisgarh, Odisha, West Bengal and Jharkhand, and serving furnace and rolling mill clients across Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi, his network reflects three decades of relationships built on consistency and his word.
His deep, on-ground understanding of the raw material markets, from plant-level quality nuances to regional price movements, continues to guide the company's trading decisions and its reputation in the industry.

Ayush Jain brings a blend of finance, strategy and operational rigor to a business built on decades of trust-based trading relationships. He holds an engineering degree from the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, and spent his early career in finance and consulting, working across industries and functional areas.
He now applies that experience to scaling the family business, sharpening how Swastik Minerals and Swastik Impex manage trading positions, track inventory and reconcile accounts across a growing network of plants and clients. Working alongside his father, Ayush is focused on building the systems and processes that let a relationship-driven trading business scale without losing the personal trust it was built on.
His approach combines the analytical discipline of his finance and consulting background with a hands-on understanding of the sponge iron and steel raw material trade, positioning the next chapter of the business for continued growth.
